In March of 2020, as New York City abruptly shut down to cope with the world-wide Covid-19 pandemic and the disastrous effects it was wreaking on the city, I began making masks to give out to essential workers as a means of coping with the uncertainty of the moment. I have no kept a count of how many masks I’ve made - I’ve definitely reached the thousands. Below, you can see some of my work in action:
